Our most popular Getting to the point® workshop covers the core concepts of plain English when writing at work.

Check out our terms and conditions here. You can cancel an enrolment up to 3 weeks beforehand, but If you want to change it after then, we will apply our service administration fee. We do not rebook or refund no-shows.

Our prices are increasing after 13 January 2023, so book a workshop for December or early January to take advantage of our lower prices.

Join us in our Zoom training room

Join our 1-day virtual training. All you need to start the process is a user account.

3 simple steps for enrolling in public training 

1.   Shop with a credit card or invoice.

2.   Complete a quick online questionnaire.

3.   Receive our Zoom training link and access to our digital training material.

Training runs from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm AEST. Enrolments close at 4 pm 3 days before an event.
Your training checklist

 A computer or laptop with a webcam and mic

 Ear buds or a headset if in a shared space

 Pen and paper for keeping hard copy notes

Paying by card?

To purchase immediately, you need a credit card. Start by logging into your existing user account (or create one). Then follow these steps:

1. Choose your training

Choose a training date on the Store. You can enrol multiple participants in a single transaction. 

2. Buy the training

Review your purchase in the cart. Click ‘Pay with credit card’.

Enter purchaser and billing details, and participant details. Click ‘Checkout’. 

Enter the credit card details. Click ‘Buy now’. 

3. Receive enrolment details

We email you a receipt when the payment is processed. 

Participants then get an enrolment confirmation with the training details.

We email participants the training Zoom link 2 days before the training.

Need an invoice?

To pay by invoice using EFT, you need to set up a corporate account. Note your training date is not reserved until step 5 of this process.

Start by logging into your existing user account (or create one). Then follow these steps:

1. Request a corporate account

Select the dropdown menu button next to your name in the top blue bar, choose ‘My account’ and then ‘My corporate account’ to complete a request form.

We will email your corporate account code and an invoice for prepayment.

2. Pay your invoice

When your invoice is paid, we will email you and confirm your account funds. 

3. Buy the training

Choose a training date on the Store. You can enrol multiple participants in a single transaction. 

Review your purchase in the cart. Click ‘Proceed’.

4. Use the corporate account

Review your corporate account details and add the participant details. Click ‘Checkout’.

Choose the ‘Corporate account’ tab and enter your corporate account code. Click ‘Buy now’. This will pay for your purchase from your corporate account.

5. Receive enrolment details

We email you a receipt when the payment is processed. 

Participants then get an enrolment confirmation with the training details.
